Hangar Direct Service Fees

At Hangar Direct, we strive to provide a transparent and user-friendly platform for both hangar owners and aircraft owners. Understanding our service fees is essential for making informed decisions when listing or booking hangar space.

1 - For Aircraft Owners (Renters):

Dynamic (Daily) Bookings: A 15% service fee is applied to the total booking amount upon confirmation.
Monthly Bookings: A reduced service fee of 5% is applied to the total booking amount for monthly rentals.

2 - For Hangar Owners:

Rentals: A 3% service fee is deducted from the rental income upon payout.
For Sale Listings: Listing a hangar for sale is free of charge.

Promotions: All hangar listings have the option to be promoted to drive more bookings and faster sales. For more information on promoting a hangar, visit the promotions page located on the website.

3 - Payment Processing:

All transactions are securely processed, providing a safe and seamless experience for both parties.

4 - Cancellation Policies:

Both hangar owners and renters may cancel a booking at any time, subject to the cancellation policy selected by the hangar owner. Hangar Direct provides options for hangar owners to set their own cancellation policies, which may be strict or flexible. If a booking is canceled, Hangar Direct will refund any applicable fees in accordance with the chosen cancellation policy.

5 - User Conduct:

Users agree to use Hangar Direct only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the platform's terms and conditions. Users may not use the platform to infringe on the rights of others, engage in illegal activities, or transmit harmful or offensive content.

6 - Disputes and Liability:

Hangar Direct is not a party to any rental agreement between hangar owners and renters. The platform is not responsible for the conduct of users or the quality of the hangar space listed. If a dispute arises, users agree to resolve it directly with the other party. Hangar Direct will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform.

7 - Changes to Terms and Conditions:

Hangar Direct may modify its terms and conditions at any time by posting an updated version on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8 - Termination:

Hangar Direct may terminate a user's account and access to the platform at any time, with or without cause. Users may also terminate their account at any time by providing written notice to Hangar Direct.
