Please note that Hangar Direct does not provide, supply, or is involved with the selling or providing any insurance to either aircraft owners or hangar owners. Both aircraft and hangar owners must provide insurance to Hangar Direct upon request.

Hangar Tenants may cancel their booking in accordance with the following terms, according to the cancellation policy chosen by the Hangar Owner.
Hangar Direct may decide, in its sole discretion, that it is necessary or appropriate to cancel a Booking. Hangar Direct may cancel a Booking at any time prior to the Reservation start time. Except for cancellations due to Hangar Tenant malfeasance, as described below, when Hangar Direct initiates a cancellation, all Fees will be refunded in full to the Hangar Tenant and no payout will be sent to the Hangar Owner; provided, however, that Hangar Direct reserves the right to retain the service fee. In the event Hangar Direct initiates a cancellation due to Hangar Tenant malfeasance, a refund will be issued in accordance with the applicable Hangar Owner Cancellation Policy then in effect. Neither Hangar Direct nor any of the parties to the canceled Booking shall have any liability or obligation for any such Hangar Direct - initiated cancellations. The following are circumstances in which Hangar Direct may initiate a cancellation: If Hangar Direct determines, in its sole, reasonable discretion, that Hangar Tenant’s conduct or the Hangar itself may be in violation of applicable law, may pose a safety risk or risk of property damage, or may otherwise violate any of Hangar Direct’s terms and conditions, Hangar Direct may initiate a cancellation due to Hangar Tenant malfeasance An Excused Cancellation The removal of a Hangar Owner or Hangar from the Platform prior to the Start Time Any actual or potential illegal or unauthorized activity Risk of harm or safety concerns; Failure to provide proof of insurance, including aircraft or hangar insurance, when requested by Hangar Direct; Any other reason that may impact the safety of our customers
