Hangar Direct charges service fees to support platform development, secure payment processing, customer support, and ongoing maintenance. As an open marketplace, hangar owners set their own rates. Hangar Direct applies a service fee on top of the listed price. Here is how fees work for both sides of the platform.
This policy outlines the terms under which bookings on Hangar Direct may be canceled by tenants, hangar owners, or Hangar Direct itself. All cancellations must be submitted by emailing info@hangardirect.com with your reservation number. A cancellation is not effective until this email has been sent and received.
Hangar Direct prioritizes safety for everyone on the platform. Both aircraft owners and hangar owners are expected to maintain appropriate insurance coverage and provide proof of insurance upon request. Hangar Direct does not provide, sell, or broker any insurance products. Both parties are responsible for obtaining their own coverage.
